QUALITY & REFUNDS ISSUES
At Heart to Harvest, we pride ourselves on providing delicious, fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food that truly nourishes. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible so we can resolve it ASAP.
You must notify us within 2 hours of the delivery and where possible provide photos for any of the below situations;
- Significantly different from what was ordered or described,
- Missing in its entirety from the order, or
- Not of top notch quality!
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution to ensure you're satisfied. The outcome will always be in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may include;
- Replacement of the affected items
- Store credit
- Partial refund for the items impacted
- Full refund where appropriate
Refunds or credits will apply only to the items affected, not the entire order unless the issue impacts your full order.
We may also request collection or inspection of the products where reasonable to assess.
